You've got thiss! Sometimes staring with the basics is helpful, just seeing how to make the most of what you have laying around in the cupboards, fridge, freezer etc - Rachel, Gaz Oakley, Pick Up Limes etcc are some great channels fo get inspo off of as well just add the food you wanna use and I'm sort some ideas will come up! 🙌🏾💯✨

What I found helpful is having a well stock pantry of dried grains, herbs and spices, can beans, pasta. Keep building on your stock every week so that way you are not spending a huge amount at one time. When you buy fresh herbs, wash and dry, store in ziplock bags in the freezer. Put one day for cooking and make a few things that you can swap and eat with different things on a daily basis. Eating fake meat all the time is not that good for you because it limits your nutrients intake. Good luck.

Thank for posting a sandwich video!! Have been trying to find delicious easy to pack lunches for work & these seem the bomb! This bread featured breaks down to a heavy dose of glucose in the body for me. Thus I stay away from it, trying to avoid Diabetes. So I'm interest in suggested alternatives please. 😊
