Roasted Zucchini with Parmesan

Nice simple recipe, thanks! I can't see a summary, but if it helps: 1 large zucchini/courgette, cut into rounds. Olive oil 2tbsp Salt 1tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Mix in mixing bowl. Lay on baking sheet/tray 1/2 cup grated parmesan sprinkled on top Bake at 450f (doesn't say how long, but we can watch it)

When the cheese is melted is when I stop topical time I been doon is 20 to 25 min

Right!! I have it in the oven for 10 minutes, the cheese hasn't browned..going to try another 10 minutes.

I saw in a another recipe they were slide thinner and they left them for 30 minutes. Hope this help 😊

I dk what I did wrong, Mine came out horrible. I put it in for 20 mins and it didn’t even start getting lightly brown until the end. It was completely mushy and tasted like I dumped the entire bottle of salt on it. 🤔

I’ve just been pan frying now with a little salt and garlic powder and it taste soo good lol!
