Ahhhhhh. The sound of a Triumph Triple. Nothing like it. Well except for an MV on song!

Pity BSA/Triumph didn't have enough money. The Trident/Rocket 3 should have been electric start/5 speed from the start, and pushrods had no place in a 70s "superbike".

Incredibla machines and almost worth it for that sound only ! Well, around 110 bhp sounds like a but much to me ! (Factory race bikes made about 84 bhp I seem to remember). What's max rpm on this ?

just under 104 bhp , is the most powerful 1 i know of. 930 cc P+M bike . max rpm 8k

THX, I missed that it was a larger than 750 cc block. Still a lot of revs, all the more with the larger motor ! Great work. c@@baldricksimson

I rode one of those around Brands Hatch in 1988. My brother and I were going to stop racing our 250 duke and switch to it. In the end they were a bit to expensive to run for us. It was a great machine and very fast…….. especially compared to the dog slow Duke….

She sounds angry and pissed off. I just bought my first triumph. 1972 750 with duel carbs. Cant wait to ride her.

Nice bike, Rob North built these bikes in a large shed in Bedworth, Coventry, not Birmingham as you stated. I saw him making these frames for the Triumph factory around the 1967/8 era. Thank you for the vid and noise.
