It's such a common feature of the english language nowadays. There's nothing we can do about it. It's the number one filler word now. I've avoided using it as a filler as much as I can but I've started using other words as fillers to replace it. And it isn't actually that bad in this video. I've heard people using it probably 5 times in a sentence only a few words long.
