I've farmed over 20 wrathful hearts using this method and have yet to see a single Barber, over half of them done on world tier 4. The RNG sometimes is out of control.

Not sure where to put it, but in your Necro build you also use the Barber heart, which is very good, but as far as I've experienced it doesn't work with the edgemasters aspect (30-50 essence on vulnerable targets on lucky hit) since you don't actually hit anymore and targets are just soaking up damage. I'm lvl 62 atm WT4 and the more I crit (30% base) the less Essence I have and in some cases it's really tough to get through cause the autocorpse heart can't keep up against targets with a high health pool so I'm not sure if it's actually a good choice. I haven't gotten my hands on the gloves with essence% on lucky hit but I fear it might be similar there. While I agree the barber is really strong I'm not sure if constantly running out on essence is worth it, but we'll see once I've reached 100 and got all my gear and aspects together

If it was hotfixed, you won't be able to do this method... Changing the droprate of wrath just to "hotfix" the method doesn't make sense at all

on poison rogue i like the imbuement wrathful one waaaay better than barber, barber doesnt take poison damage and feels awkward against weak monsters+ does less damage single target against bosses

it takes the poison damage, if it didn't then poison imbuement would not make 70M barber crits

That would be very odd for it to not take poison damage. It does take up my Shadow dots from CE on my necro. I'm sure this heart will have some big fixes coming soon.

Ive tested it multiple Times, bosses and butcher are 1-2 Shots for my Poison + Vale apothecary but with Berber bosses take longer and butcher wasnt possible

I would expect yes, am not sure what is the ilevel point for going to level 5, but it's probably same as rares, no more break points after 725 ilevel

Been running for over 90 minutes and have gotten 1 wrathful, unsure if fixed or what. Probably around 4 minutes a run, so 20-25 runs for 1 wrathful. (WT4 level 64)

If you do it in a group everybody goes is way and group up when you find one its way faster than farming cache

Has anyone noticed an increase in wrathful malignant invokers dropping in nightmare dungeons? I swear I went for weeks without a single one dropping and now it's like someone bumped a button and increased the drop rate. It's good too because yesterday I found out my friend still didn't have a barber heart and he finally got it off of a run in the ravening pit. For barb I wonder what the best roll would be.

I've run it 9 times in a row on WT4, I'm level 65 and still have not come across one yet 😢😢😢😢.... clearing it between 3-5 min as i cannot see the affix on the monster for some reason so having to kill it with Necro bonespear. Ran it for 40 odd minutes maybe I'm just unlucky.

It seems they drop quite nicely on T4. On T3, I did that dungeon for over 1h with only 2 wrathful elites that spawned, and they both dropped Creeping Death! :(

There is an exploit that is guaranteed a wrathful heart every time. You need someone that hasn’t finished the green quest. Then you go to t4 with them and they enter final dungeon of quest you kill last boss but don’t talk to npc after kill. Friend leaves game. Whole party gets wrathful hearts. You’re welcome.

I see so top of the screen show name of enemy, and type of heart it drops. You run into Dungeon past all enemies till you run into Elite if they are not Wrathful type exit right away, reset, go back in until you find Wrath elite. Is there Wrathful keys, all I get are normal keys.

Not sure spending double the mats on invokers is ever worth it if you are playing solo when the random cache for half the cost has the exact same chance for a wrath heart. If you are playing in a group then sure it's good Invoker = chance at wrath invoker which eventually guarantees the heart Cache = chance at wrath heart So you are spending double the mats as a solo player to get one heart vs one heart

Speed and luck. Also 4 manning it cuts down RNG a lot because someone will get luckier than average and someone will get less lucky. And they just jump each others games. Am still unsure how it compares to solo doing just the invoking, because I have loads of the invokers now.

I doubt the reset dungeon farming was the intended way to do it. So invokers are the regular way and therefore valid. It just would be nice if monsters also could drop one for wrathful hearts. Crafting one works (uncertain invoker recipe), but the yield is low.
