Robbery Suspect Flees From Deputies at 140 MPH | Houston

2.10.2021 | 2:30 AM | HOUSTON - A male was taken into custody after robbing a Circle K at gunpoint Wednesday morning.
HCSO units responded to a reported armed robbery at 9096 Jones Road around 2:30 AM. A man armed with a handgun robbed the Circle K.
Responding units received info that their was a 3si tracker in the cash.
Units attempted to stop the vehicle and the driver failed to yield, taking off at speeds in excess of 140 mph.
Units pursued the suspect through neighborhoods in district 5 then east on 290 to 610 and Woodway and then back west on 290 till he hit the beltway and excited Gessner after being spiked stripped by Pct 4 constables.
The suspect then crashed into a curb and bailed on foot, but was taken into custody shortly after.
No injuries in the robbery or the pursuit.
HCSO, DPS, and Pct 4 constables were all involved in the pursuit

Houston Texas doesn't get much snow and the bad guys gets even less sympathy from LE...Lived outside in Kingwood TX for 7 years. Nice place except for the never ending humid summers.

Its not so much Texan laws as it is black privileges. Even if he is charged with felonies he will likely be bailed out immediately by BLM or some other group and never show up to trial and when/if he is arrested again many of those charges will be dropped for one reason or another. Im almost certain that is what will happen.

Considering the suspect was black, yes. If he's white or any race besides black its perfectly fine though. Saying that the suspect is black would imply they are a bunch of white supremacists and the black person is a innocent victim.
