At twenty three yrs of age, this convicted murderer threw his life away. He learned nothing from being previously imprisoned not once, not twice, not even three times, before he went out and committed a ruthless crime that took a mother's life. I suspect he won't last in prison?

I did 5 years in federal prison but haven’t done heroin since April 9th 2010. I started a channel a month ago talking about prison stories, 380 subs in a month isn’t special YET but I’m working on it! I do work with addicts and kids today. I’m also a judo brown belt and jiu jitsu blue belt training twice daily. The medium security did not have weights, but because of weights at the low I went from 135 pounds to winning a prison powerlifting competition. Check me out if you like martial art, powerlifting, or prison stories. I have before and after pictures in a thumbnail on one of my videos.

Ultimately the defendant and only the defendant is responsible for his own actions and obviously like the judge said, he has zero regard for human life. This isn't his first drive-by conviction as he was convicted only a year prior to this incident and will now, rightfully so, face the rest of his natural life in a prison cell. In my honest opinion, he's getting off way to easily, he should have been sentenced to death by firing squad, like the bible says, an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. Why waste hundreds of thousands, if not millions of tax payer dollars on feeding, housing, clothing and medical services when a 30-06 bullet costs about .35¢ a piece.

Awful how someone could throw away their life like that. With a mind like that he probably would fit in with other inmates no problem

This judge had his clerks researching for charges/ years to add-on. Lesson here- You calculate, "If I do this the State can only sentence xxx yrs." But you don't know the law; and how it can be applied.

He should of had this judge to begin with. Too bad all judges aren't like this judge. This county is lucky to have a judge like this.

The “mega clock in the back”, you said something that hits the nail center. “Where your going its all going to be in one day” A good reference to how time stops in there, and especially no longer matters much when they got a life sentence, itll only slightly matter if they keep a routine in prison.
