There are a couple of channels that I follow precisely because they'll show the days where they draw a donut, drop a rod overboard, or catch dinks only. It's much more relatable than the fish-every-cast and "TV drag" types. Being on a pension, something that bugs me with a lot of fishing channels/shows is their idea of "affordable" or "budget". They'll be throwing $40 lures on $400 combos and saying how cheap it is to go fishing. If I can't get it at Kmart then I probably can't afford it lol. That first yellowbelly was about as active as I've ever seen one! All of those fish were very healthy looking specimens. Fish see UV a lot better than we do, so if your lure has some sort of UV capability then it's more likely to get their attention in darker conditions (depth/murk/night/overcast).
@robbiefishing Жыл бұрын
Thanks mate. I fully get that. Fishing can be affordable if you want it to be. Cheaper lures catch fish just as well as the expense lures. That Koolabung at the end is worth about $14 and is one of my all time favourites. Haha
