Great topic a must need of the time. I really admire your content. I need a little help. I know we all go through anger issues, getting pissed off, I got this issue from my father. I try to control it at my best but when their is peak time (someone try to make my fun in any sort of way ) I go on autopilot mode got ragged badly, and hurt people verbally. This will have very bad repercussions in a long run. Looking towards you to get some Insightful thoughts towards this issue. Is their any way to get rid of this. Thank you
