Rob Dyrdek explains how to conquer your mind and thoughts

Every single time you use your mind to create a thought, it leads to a decision you have to make in the future.
In a monologue from episode 33, Rob dives into the concept of how our thoughts are just a chain reaction that can lead you in two directions: positive or negative. He’s successfully eliminated negative thoughts due to clarity in his existence, while constantly growing and evolving.
The goal is to live in a perpetual state of experiencing and creating at all times.

I’ve always like Rob Drydek and thought he had a lot of natural charisma and energy. I didn’t know until a recent documentary I saw, that he was such a brilliant entrepreneur and so intellectual. I’m happy to come across this Channel.

there's so many things you've said that have began to enhance how I think. But then there's stuff I could hear deeper into from you. like when you say you mapped out and planned your life, maybe you should create a template or an example or talk about exactly how we can do that because I am in a situation similar to that, where I need to really map out and visualize my life in order to make it happen.
