Cillian deserve the oscar for the best actor. His performance in Oppenheimer is just on another level. If they won't give It to him maybe it's the biggest robbery in the history of oscars. And it's time to give credit to one of the greatest directors of our time, Chris Nolan. It's really a shame that this man has never won an Oscar. It was the play The Field and he was mesmerisingly good in it. I was thinking wow he's going to be really famous some day and I really regret having to leave to catch my bus back home that I didnt stay and try and meet him after. I saw Cillian in Galway in Playboy of the Western World 20 years ago. (Wow 20!) He was amazing alongside Anne-Marie Duff. He walked past me in shop street Galway and I just remember his blue eyes. I was on a high for the rest of the day. 😊
