I love the deceptive smug comment at the end… Did he just try to make the claim that the main point of a global world order (or Liberal) is to stop war from happening? …. Sure seemed like a system to replace colonialism. Somehow this captain of the neo con team is still crawling around DC with his old friends even though since 2001 their ideas and actions have failed over and over again.
