Glad to see someone else noticed that - why would they be celebrating an album released in 1993 two years later?

Blondie and Ladd would roll around our hood in an unmarked caprice wearing beanies and black jackets. They would swoop on us and surprise us. Search us, Caught me with dope, smash it on the floor, ask us a bunch of questions and take off. They would take us in if they caught us with guns. Cat and mouse. Good times 😂

For the most part, they were cool. Now that I'm older, they were just doing their job. They never beat my ass or anything. Although they did take one of homies and drop him off in an enemy neighborhood. That was dirty.

“Just sitting around. 99% of the time nothing happens.” That actually describes a cop’s job too.

This is a sad reality we should all recognize. Some police officers can be bought. Even if it's a small minority, this is still a threat to our democracy.

It’s always gonna happen when people are underpaid. Cops risking theyre lives working overtime making $600 to $800 a week They need to be paid more. They don’t need to get rich but they should be able to make $1200 a week without overtime

My thing is all this shit went on , where was the FEDS . Its like they watch all of that stuff happen.
@madhash839 ай бұрын
They eventually did with Rampart. They basically turned a blind eye until it was impossible for them to do so. Cops were gang banging, selling drugs, committing bank robberies, committing murders, abusing suspects.

Eh. Yay n nay. Suge took major Ls throughout death row. Suge's homeboy was killed by diddy's body guard (who would later be killed by BMF). Suge punked the mofos he knew he could get away with. Suge wasn't punkin tray dee or RBX the way he did Warren G, Dre, Snoop, and kurupt. And South side Compton stayed giving Suge's homeboys the business. Keefe D said it best... They (Southside Compton) didn't give an eff about death row. And the Crip that got killed. Suge was scared to death when the 60s came down to death row the next day. Suge was bad. But he and his possie from Compton weren't gonna be no match for the 60s. Suge didn't want that smoke. That's why he eventually paid them off. 😆
@elijahstraight4029 ай бұрын
@@FarWest_Cali310 Keefe D said that Southside were allies with most of the Crip sets(Atlantic Drive, Santana Block, Spooktown, Kelly Park, etc) in Compton back then, so they would've crushed the MOB easily. Tray Dee, RBX, and even Lil C Style didn't go for that bullying shit like what went down with Snoop, Warren G, Kurupt, and Dre. They were certified already. The Blue side were the money makers on the label and the Red side held down security at Death Row. I didn't know that the MOB had beef with both Lueders Piru and Fruit Town during that time though
