What a lovely peaceful walk loved the “hill”, hope you got back up ok 🤣. Loved all the quaint cottages and the narrow passages they are situated on. The shops looked so Christmassy. Loved the coast area in fact l loved every minute of it thanks for letting me walk with you keep on walking 🚶🏻♂️❤️👍

Thank you for this video. My ancestors lived in RHB until 1840 I’ve traced them back to 1570 so it was wonderful to get a current look at the village. I last visited 30 years ago but only had a few hours to look around, it would be interesting to see the part of the village not along the main road.

Thank you so much for this film. RHB is my favourite place in the whole world. I spent many holidays there, in the Victoria Hotel, as a child. We loved the beach and the reefs but my favourite places were and still are the alleyways and small hidden squares between the two roads. Treasures. Magical.

did all of this walk on a hot summer's day over a decade ago with friend from Newark. She took me up the steep steps overlooking the promenade. We sat on benches there and had an ice cream. Then we walked around to Boggle Hole along the cliff walk, and came back thru the water. Wonderful! A search and rescue yellow helicopter was out too, rescuing someone further along. I got fantastic pictures of it flying low over the fields.

Well Neil what a contrast to the Lincoln Christmas Markets Night!! This place Robin Hood Bay couldn't of been more peaceful & tranquil 😊 I bet you really felt refreshed after doing that walk with your Hot Chocolate to warm you up! I think I liked it all! The quaint shops & cafes with those old fashioned windows & the Chocolate Box Cottages I bet it's expensive to buy one of those in Robin Hood Bay I bet house prices are high! I loved the Bay & I did think you meant the fish🐟 when you said you were going to show us something not many people knew about 😂 That view over the Bay was absolutely breathtaking! Very very pretty place. I've never heard of Robin Hood Bay before I never knew Yorkshire had a coastline! I'm afraid my geography isn't great! The best way to learn about a place is to see it for yourself that's why your videos are such an education. Because of my disabilities I can't drive so there many places I've never seen. I mostly just get around my local area. I don't think this place would be easy for me to visit as it was all quite steep & winding wouldn't be much good for my osteoarthritis knees! And I'm afraid the Hill was out of the question for me it looked really very steep I wouldn't be able to walk down there or come back up! So thanks so much for showing me such a lovely quaint place that I would never get to see in Person. It's a lovely place to live if you don't have problems with mobility or a Car. Really enjoyed this peaceful meander🥰

It's a shame it was so misty. You couldn't see Ravenscar until right at the end, and even then it was only the lower part of the headland. I should point out that if you venture into the alleyways you can get almost to the top of the hill (which is around 1 in 3 and called Bay Bank) without using the roadway.

What a wonderful place and what beautiful views, he says as the house crumbles into the Sea ‼️ No, I'm afraid I could never live there, I absolutely hate walking up hills, and that one is a cracker. I can just about manage Prospect Hill in Whitby, with many huff and puff stops on the way up ‼️ I have actually been to Robin Hood's Bay, to go to The Dolphin, but I only did it the once. Give me Whitby any time (but that's bad enough 😝). Thanks for taking us there again, and I would have joined you for a Hot Chocolate - hope it was good 👍 Keep em coming Mr Walk 🚶 ✔💯👍

been at "Baytown" some weeks ago in November and fall in love with this beautiful place😊. at the beach hut cafe I recommend the made by order Donuts😋😋 !!! and don't worry about the hill🙄, it's just a short steep part 😂😂but if you think it will be easier the more often you do it, it won't - believe me 😜 when you go there for holidays, don't take to much luggage, at the end of your time you have to pull it up the hill 😰😰😰
