Nami decided back at the end of Arlong Park that if Luffy could be trusted to do anything, it's to save his nakama. All she needed to know was why. Why did Robin make the choices she did? Now that she knows, she has complete confidence that Robin will be coming home at some point. When Nami decided to finally trust someone, she decided to trust him absolutely.
