The PPIHC takes place on a 12.42 mile (19.99 km) public toll road boasting 156 turns, while competitors climb 4,720 ft. (1,440 m) from the 9,390 ft. (2,862 m) Start Line at Mile 7 marker on the Pikes Peak Highway to the 14,115 ft. (4,300 m) Finish Line at the mountain’s summit.

He seemed to be having some big problems with gear selection. Take a look at the dashboard showing which gear he is in. Many fast corners are in 3rd or 4th gear and when we check in slower corners we should be seeing 2 and often first gear in hairpins. If you watch mid corner in some of those hairpins the indicator still shows 3 or even 4 in some corners, for example just after 1:52 in the video.

My system yells out- the Chinese were jamming Sir Robins computer program..how else can tire adhesion, fuel sensor, gear program, etc. all go astray in a single run😳

From what I've heard its better and more manageable to have understeer on the mountain. Easier to throttle out of issues and potentially going over the edge.

Nice run but time not as good as Simone Faggioli in 2018 for its first Pikes Peak, also not a professionnal team. Good run especially in the first part of the race with theses big rapid curves.

Pikes Peak pisses me off. I was at the event on Sunday there were two crashes no one was hurt so why not show the crash? I mean the driver know this is a dangerous event so when they crash stop being a bunch of prudes and keeping the videos from being on the internet. The event is great but the cluster fuck leading up to the event like parking and absolutely no order would be the only thing that keep me from going again.
