As quickness goes Don Rickles and Rodney Dangerfield could conduct the same on the spot Masterclasses very easily. And Johnny Carson himself had a nimble mind for humor. Phyllis Diller once talked about the time she met Johnny somewhere and she was dressed as a nun for a TV appearance. Carson never skipped a beat according to her: "Say 'Hello!' to The Boss!" Obviously he wasn't talking about Springsteen...😏😂🎤📺B.W.

@AE-bm4no2 жыл бұрын
@@madbrowniac7871 Rodney wasn't that quick witted. On the tonight show he just did a lot of jokes he's done before. Don Rickles was great but Robin was way more prolific on the tonight show. Probably because of the cocaine. A lot of Rickles quick witted jokes were hit or miss. William's hit the mark a lot more. Also, a lot of Rickles quick witted jokes all centered around offended the subject.
