i watched through the entire video and you forgot to mention the performance gain. for example if you use meshes all of them will be counted as different assets. making it a package and all of them will be the same. it gives faster join times and less memory usage.

How does this work? I mean, in a baseplate, take a desk mesh, and spam it over and over. Have two places of this, one with and one without all of those meshes being linked by packages. Would the one using packages have better performance?

@@MysteriousGamerGuy If you have this desk mesh, even if they are all the same, the roblox engine will give all of them unique id's (even worse if they are textured). When you use Packages roblox will see all of them as the same model. The way you THOUGHT it already did. It's not just meshes and meshes that are textures but any model. Yesterday when I was working on a destruction based game that had a lot of the same duplicated tree - I made them all into packages so that the engine don't have to download like 1000 trees. It only has to download 4. (as well with memory improvement) Edit: if you are using Streaming this should reduce lag spikes because when it downloads large models it usually spikes.

Unity has prefabs and Unreal has blueprints, although, Roblox added Packages in (I think) 2018, it still took them a while to have a feature like this

Please do a video on style sheets, from what I understand they allow you to make custom styles for UI, meaning your able to edit multiple UIs as long as they have the same style, meaning it saves time.
