The soldiers in the start of the game are talking normally and with normal/happy faces, in the middle of the game, after many shots and artillery, your soldier and the others face start to seem look like you're tired and with no reaction and they start to talk with no calm or desesperately, all of these because of "shell shock" or "War Neurosis". Truly a Game that represents the war and it's consequences to the soldiers.

This game really reminds me of All Quiet On The Western Front. you can see that all the characters were smiling and the music is all joyful at the beginning. But at the end all the characters have looks of fright and shock and the music changes to a not so joyful sound track.
