Great fight, also great sportsmanship from the Sewer Snake team to carry on the fight.

I was a little worried at first that you were going to jabber endlessly like some commentators do, trying to make it all about them, but you did it right. Good amount of excitement when interesting things happened, saying out loud the kind of things we're all thinking while watching, plus some useful time updates with a final countdown. Good channel, you're hired for my battlebot watching needs.

I beleave that sewer snake shuld have won cause he had alot more control of the match an pined Touro several times
@SaulOhio4 жыл бұрын
No good dead ever goes unpunished. Sewer Snake could have had it if he left Touro alone against the wall.

Not sure about the judging on this, but elsewhere I've seen that kind of game-winning pin and release be counted as an automatic sweep of the control points category.

I believe that each bot was entitled to one "unstick" under the rules of this tournament, which might explain why Sewer Snake chose to get hits in instead of leave its opponent stuck on the wall.

why did they have to change the design of sewer snake? i miss the 6 wheels
@scottwins25 жыл бұрын
More power with 6 I think, the forks were better as well, just make them a couple inches taller
@shannonwells-moran63875 жыл бұрын
That wedge looks heavy. I’m willing to bet that they had to take out the middle motors and wheels to make weight for it this fight.

Sewer Snake won that fight. What did Tauro do besides land 2 shots with the drums which did no damage? Idk the criteria here but SS was dominant.

isnt this stinger vs minotaur? (battlebots)
@ryanguo93006 жыл бұрын
Yep
@TasFirinErkegi6 жыл бұрын
no touro maximus is clearly not minotaur they are different
@ryanguo93006 жыл бұрын
Same builder, same design and same weight class. They are basically the same.
@TalbotAlligator6 жыл бұрын
not exactly, no. Minotaur... basically yes. remember Battlebots and Robogames have different heavyweight limits (250lbs vs 220lbs respectively), so there are going to be some adjustments there. But Minotuar = Touro Maximus, mostly yes. Sewer Snake = Stinger (2016 Battlebots and on) , no. not at all, and no they don't even have the same design. look closer at Stinger and look closer at Sewer Snake. Stinger (2016 Battlebots and on) is a robot Team Plumb Crazy briefly used at Robogames called Evil Plunger which was supposed to be SS's successor. But when Battlebots restarted, they moved EP to Battlebots and renamed it Stinger. then brought SS back to Robogames. now you may note i keep writing dates, one area of confusion some Sewer Snake fans might be having is there was an untelevised Battlebots event in 2009, in that TPC did in fact bring Sewer Snake, and called it Stinger. But Stinger (Battlebots 2009) is a completely different robot than Stinger (2016 Battlebots and on).

stinger and ss are still very similar though. And they fight similar, too.

Maybe he was trying to be a nice guy. If so Mat is a better man then me, cause I think I would have left Touro Maximus stuck and took the win.

Matt aka sewer snake is like a 4 time champion, at this point he’s probably more interested in having a good fight than taking a easy win

No. It wants to have a more entertaining fight.
@wisewolftony5 жыл бұрын
@@shanetoscano2037 Pretty sure he's won enough as well dude had like 7 championships back in 2012 so not sure how many more he's added since then. Shame he hasn't come back to Battlebots since season 2. Especially with the series being in such a much better place on Discovery Channel. Fuck this year we get basically twice as many episodes since they are still doing the same number as last year but each episode is 2 hours long compared to only being an hour long like last season.

Incorrect winner. Touro tries to cheat, is pinned and out driven and smoking by the end. Can only assume some Brazilian hard men were sent to the judges table
