I've had my maxv ultra over a week its a pretty good improvement over my s7 maxv a lot of the issues I had with the 7 were fixed on maxv 8. Roborock had a trade in which I have taken advantage so the stick shock was bad but not as bad I'm very pleased. I've just started watching your content past couple months started with coffee makers thanks for doing this.

Do you have to use roborock solution or can you use other types of floor cleaning solutions?

any robot compatible solution, but if you use a different one you will have to figure it out how to make work the mixing with the dock

I saw the detergent the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra used at Amazon, but I felt the bottle was too small. I searched for a substitute detergent for the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, and Amazon came up with a substitute detergent that comes in a larger bottle, which I bought. I haven't used it yet because I'm confused with the “mapping” part, but the detergent is in the tank, ready for use.

I’m a little underwhelmed by the Q Revo MaxV I’ve hade it for a week now almost and it runs over cords so much. The camera isn’t that good I feel like.

yeah qrevo maxv and s8 maxv are not quite good avoidance wise, could be because they still have room for improvement with software updates, if you fell like not waiting then go for Dreame x30, x40, L20 etc

@@xeon2k8 also yesterday when I sent it to mop it backed out of the dock and just sat and it was frozen. Wouldn’t even go back to the dock… so I’m a little concerned. I had to turn it off and back on again. Seemed to work. But I didn’t experience that with the regular Revo.
