It was the wrong way around, though.. lol. Mute had one of the most powerful flippers, along with Wheely Big Cheese, and Gravity - but it was held back by the fact that, in order to get a proper flip, it had to somehow get it's opponent onto it's own roof, and that just isn't practical. Firestorm was much more low profile and wedge shaped, it was also more of a "tipper" than a true flipper bot, and as a result, was much more effective using that design

Ref bot spraying the fire extinguisher at Bash's flamethrower is pure gold 😂 also as a kid, I thought the house bots were autonomous, and didn't know people controlled them, so it made everything that much better... Good times.

I liked how the New Blood tournament focused on new Robots that didn't make it on the show, and some that did but didn't perform well and given another chance in this. I remember first seeing Mute in this heat and thought that looks solid and Mr Nasty too, but Mute looks as tho it was built for the reboot.

I really liked this mini competition. The only thing I didn’t understand was that some of the robots weren’t rookies eg mr nasty and roobarb in this heat had already competed in series 6

@@BigCalsWorld no they weren't. Storm Force was a completely different team independent to Storm 2!! George Francis built and competed with Robot the Bruce and Chaos 1 which is why Chaos 2 weren't a rookie team
