With series 7 being the series of the flipper infestation I like to point out that not a single flipper won anything in series 7 that isn't a single battle event. None of the 4 grand finalists were flippers despite 11 flippers being in the semi finals. The robot that won the annihilator was the only non flipper robot in it. The third world championship was won by a rambot and the allstars was won by pussycat.

That makeshift House Robot Rebellion fight is still amazing, but imagine if Gravity were there. The house bots all would have been defeated.

Pussycat is a really strong robot for one that can't push an opponent into the pit.

Pussycat's *very* lucky that it didn't fight against a Full-body spinner (ex. Typhoon 2 or Megabyte) or an Over-The-Head spinner (ex. Son of Whyachi). Those 2 types of bots would've given Pussycat a *terribly* tough time.

I really wanted to see Pussycat take on Bigger Brother but sadly it wasn't to be :(. In fact Bulldog Breed was meant to fight in the second round but because of the damage it sustained from Tough As Nails and X-Terminator it had to pull out.

I'm liking this. Some of my favourite robots. And the first robot to be flipped was Shunt, great! And I did like the irony that Shunt's axe inadvertently dislodged and freed Firestorm that was stuck on the arena wall... Well that first heat was great fun. I love seeing house thugbots getting beaten up, they richly deserve it. I'm not sure but I could almost suspect that Firestorm and Bigger Brother drove themselves into the pit deliberately, though I have no idea why they would... The second heat - whoosh! Dantomkia is a formidable flipper! Behemoth and King B sent flying one after the other - very impressive. The third heat - Dantomkia does it again! This time to Panic Attack. And then... before the fight, Dantomkia's crew: "Panic Attack was unwise enough to annoy the house robots" and I thought 'you chickens'. And then... Dantomkia goes after Dead Metal with a vengeance. Love it! Kat 3 vs Pussycat - Pussycat clearly won on damage. Its blade is a lot more dangerous than it looks. It's not a particularly interesting robot to watch in action, though it's always-landing-on-its-feet design is very clever, fascinating and unique. The final was maybe an anticlimax, since Dantomkia broke down. Oh well, it happens, fair enough. Pussycat was probably unwise to break off from nudging Dantomkia towards the pit, to attack the house robots, but maybe they felt it was incumbent on them to do their bit.

Firestorm 5 was going too fast, that they couldn't stop. Same applies for Bigger Brother.

Bigger Brother, Firestorm 5, Kat 3, and Panic Attack may have done something crazy by taking on the house robots, Cassius Chrome and Shunt, on the 1st battle of the all stars, but they can still look back into the 7th wars were some unknown robots decimated them. Firestorm 5 went out in the semi finals against the runners-up of the 7th wars, Storm 2, Panic attack went out in round 2 of heat M against Tough As Nails, Kat 3 went out in the heat K final against Bulldog Breed, and Bigger Brother went out in round 2 again against Iron Awe 2.1 in Heat O.

@@stevedimmock930 They did. Stuart Barnwell and his family piloted Pussycat in Series 5 and 7. In the Series 7 All Stars, they managed to win it all! It's not Seeded 9 in the 7th Wars for nothing. :)

Still can't believe they didn't had a requirement that the cut-out links should have a light to show it's operating correctly and pause the match to re-seat it if it came out. The cut-out is obviously required as safety device but way too many robots over the years just broke down due to the link either falling out or being obliterated, which I'm pretty sure happened to dantomkia here. It's like a boxing match but for safety each boxer must wear a razorblade necklace and if it accidentally cuts a jugular too bad, you lost, the fight is over.

@@samuelgiles7571 Their batteries should not have run out so quickly as that. Which suggests something went wrong, either for some technical fault meant their batteries weren't fully charged, or they discharged too fast. It happens. Normally Dantomkia is a very reliable robot. Still, these things happen, so Pussycat deserved its win.

Josh Foster Team KaterKiller, the makers of Kat 3, entered Series 3 and 4 with a robot called KaterKiller before entering Series 5, 6 and 7 with Kat 3. That’s why Kat 3 is an All-Star

Apparently this episode was meant to be just for those that had entered 5 or more series, but because there were a lot of pull-outs they renamed it 'All Stars', even though most of these robots were past their best by this point

Flipping bots out of the arena is exciting but it takes prime robots out & makes it a technical win in my eyes & I prefer weaponised robots & a fight rather than a flip & count out..

Dan Dan I'm a bit torn. On one hand, the person who made the best robot kinda deserves to win. But on the other, look at the Battlebots abc season 1 final, bite force vs tombstone. Tombstone is obviously the more destructive bot, but the way Bite Force drove definitely earns them the win.
