Fantastic reaction, and man I'm right there there with ya. Neal Stephenson once wrote “Until a man is twenty-five, he still thinks, every so often, that under the right circumstances he could be the baddest motherfucker in the world. " This song IS that feeling personified. Plus, as we slowly die each day in our little cubicles, I think there is something so appealing about a culture that believed to get into the highest hall of Valhalla you had to die young on the battlefield or in childbirth, giving your very life to bring another into life, only those who gave all.
