Blood pumping is true for me too! I can feel the adrenaline flowing. I'm a half-breed, sorta... On my mom's side, I'm a descendant of the Inupiaq people. My mom always claimed "blue blood royalty", since her family history goes back over 3000 yrs. My grandmother explained that we have 3 Coat of Arms under the Hildreth name, so on my dad's side, I am part Dutch, Irish, English, German, Mongol, and Viking. The surname Hildreth was first found in Berkshire, where the family name was first referenced in the year 1375. I also think grandma had a way of seeing history, that made us all capable of not seeing race as an issue because, if you went back far enough you could find relatives in common with just about anyone. She blamed that on how far and wide Genghis Khan's armies spanned, and Alexander the Greats armies. It was because of her I had no pride of race other than "Human".

I love how so much music surrounding Jormungandr has little to no lyrics, often ambient music or just hardcore like this. It really speaks to him being a distant, vague creature that everyone is aware of, but has little knowledge or experience with. I'd argue that he's a deity more rarely "seen" by humans than any of the other gods.

I'm not Norwegian in any way shape or form; my ancestors descended from France, Ireland, Scotland, Belgium, and there's a bit of Ouendat / Wyandotte from Canada. However, I love metal and heavy bass drum beats and I cannot believe I've not heard of you before this video popped up in my recommended to watch. Absolutely fantastic!
