As always your attention to detail makes the job. You're a true craftsman. If you hadn't used "Grab & Bond" what other methods would you have considered using.

A lot of prep involved but very worth it at the end. Can’t believe in February it’s 3 years since we came down to visit . Cobble work looks amazing 👌🏼👍🏽🧱

A standard set tile adhesive would be easier to stick them on I'd imagine. I have done a few kitchen decor walls with them, they can be very varied in sizes and drive you crazy. I used to use 10mm spacers or cut down door stop into small blocks but you usually need some wedges etc to take up the differences.

That’s looks another nice house mate😍 looks well! How come you wet the bricks if you’re using ct1? And what you pointing it in lime putty? Wedges might be a little easier maybe so you can see the brick more? Not telling you how to do it obviously cos you the man!😂👍 lovely job!

Hi Craig, we kept the brick slips dry throughout the summer when they were first cut so that they would be easier to lay, but after I tried to apply the adhesive directly to the back of the brick I noticed it just rolled off the surface and had no adhesion whatsoever, it was a layer of dust that laid on the brick. So I looked at the first ones that were already placed in the panel and they came off with very little effort. After dipping them they had a much better bond, so I kept with that.

@@robsonger1 yeah I guess it won’t stick to dust no matter how good ct1 is😂👍 Hey Rob do you ever use the tracer pencils? I’ve been on them a good year or 2 now I couldn’t change bk. save so much time, especially with what your doing intricate all time mate. There literally a game changer👍

@@craigstyrin3453 I've had about 4 of them, and I'm always putting them down, even with a pouch, and never finding them again, so I went back to carpenters pencils...lol
