Jay, you have it nailed. I have seen them perform and they do all the Motown dance moves when they sing. Hi Rob, My name is Pastor Danny from California. I have enjoyed you guys doing you're reactions. I enjoy seeing you grow in music. You have a greatbspirit about you. I recently came across you speaking about your struggles. You are not alone with your feelings. I have been a minister for 44 years. I have counseled many wonderful people going through hard struggles in their mind. People need answers from what they are going through. It is very hard for people to open up about what they are going through. We are never meant to be alone. We need each other. Sometimes we can open up with our spouse, a brother, a friend or a parent, sometimes a complete stranger. Who ever it is you can connect with will have that same love for our fellow man that you show as you do your reactions. You and Amber shine more than you think you do. Even though you are struggling, it doesn't take away from who you are. Sometimes you do not feel very strong, because you have questions aboutunansweredthat you cannot answer. Everyone of us at times in our life go through this also. But most of us hide our feelings. Most of the people I talk with, are great people, kind and sometimes really lonely. Even though they have many people in their lives, they feel separated because of the way they feel. Rob, with the rightbperson at your side, helping you, you are gonna be just fine. God put you on this Earth to use that great spirit of yours. Amber is your power to go on. You are not alone. You two are one. You will always help each other out. I will leave my number if you want to text or call. I would love to hear what is in you anytime you need Thanks again for your work. Here is a song to listen to for encouragement. I loved Soul Train back in the day. Way more than American Bandstand, although that was a good one too.

Man so many memories, was definitely 1 of my favorites, we couldn't wait to race to the dance floor to ask the beautiful ladies to dance B4 we loose out, once we heard those 1st few beats, we were off to the races, man we were so lucky to have so many beautiful songs back then, & still to this day, all my great oldies, still make my heart melt, come on fellas, how do you think we wrote such beautiful love letters, 😁 all I can say is keep em coming...

You really are missing out on another treat when you don't see the video while you listen. The clothes, dance moves, and hair are a big part of this Era.

That Motown Sound always sends me back to my old neighborhood... WABC, NYC... Looking out over the City from my bedroom window on the 18th floor of the newly constructed Wise Towers between 90th & 91st Streets on the Upper West Side... Each night before bed...gazing at the well-lit Empire State Building...how it rose above all the surrounding buildings...On Christmas, it's powerful lights would shine Red & Green...

A lot of groups like the Chi-Lites would have appeared on shows like Soul Train so there are probably clips of them doing the songs and performing.

So sorry you guys missed the heights of Motown in the 60s and 70s...great music! Once again, I feel blessed to grow up in the 60s and 7ps with great legends and genres of music. It's rare anyone or group can touch this today!

I was picturing their Soul Train performance of this song while listening, they had the moves; shade your eyes and look left, shade your eyes, look right, while singing, "Have you seen her?"

It’s pronounced with the long “i” like Chi-town which makes sense as they were formed at Hyde Park high school in Chicago in 1959! This is a classic tune that has been sampled and remade many times! The Chi-lites are legendary!❤❤
