As a fan im glad to hear you still have a plan and are motivated to armwrestle. As a fellow armwrestler though, I think youve gotten way to used to catching and clamping, you have to be a good 20% stronger than someone to catch their hit even if youre as fast as them.

If you take this further and set the majority of your focus on your precision at the centre table, I cannot imagine how powerful you will become. Perhaps starting this off very gently, like you have recommended with your special wooden cupping handle for finger strength.

IMO, training for a sport is about focusing on your weakness's. If a bodybuilder has amazing arms and twigs for legs, it doesn't make a lot of sense to train biceps 3 times a week, minimize training (maintenance) on your strong points and focus on the weak points. You know what your weakness's are, no one needs to tell you, analyze footage and also hone your workout specifically around your opponents strengths/weakness's, 1st for defense, latter for offense. Don't be Larry Wheels, jack of all trades, master of none, we've seen the results. You know what you need to do, now execute.

Small muscles work in small percentages. I can cup X amount of weight 6 or 7 times feeling like I'm not maxed out. But then throw an extra 5 lbs on there and but be able to break it off the ground. It was so frustrating at first coming from an general exercise background where if I can bench 245 for 6 then I know I can bench 255 - 260 for at least 1 lol.

Im gonna be rude but its really not the trainning your problem. I think you got hard time understanding the connection to put your strenght. With your lift your long arm and your big a$$ hand theres is no way you shouldnt be able to keep the fight in your hand and rely on our arm like you pull. You need a coach some1 like Janis or mindaugas or Devon who really gonna give you tips. You need some1 who really understand toproll pressure.

Particularly in women’s volleyball, you have a disproportionate amount of cases ofknee valgus (or knees caving inward), and emphasizing very strong hips, glutes, ankles and quads as a volleyball player is not optional. Of course rotator cuff health is important, but a lot of that stuff is sports specific. Namely, getting the motor patterns down for timing, run up, etc. my sister played four years of collegiate volleyball, we were very involved in her training

He holds the title right now for number one natural arm wrestler in the world, and guess what nobody’s challenging him for it. 😂
