I’ve loved her songs for so long. I saw her in person and she’s okay. I happened to be in a section that wasn’t closed off but 5 rows down from where she was watching. Her ‘people’ promptly escorted me away even when no one was bugging her and I hadn’t even recognized her. I mean, I get it, fans all the time and you’re trying to listen to the pre show but no one was bugging her and didn’t even know she was up there until her ‘team’ rudely told us to leave. It certainly influenced my experience for her concert.

Its amazing to me that every time im down feeling the effects of depression etc. I come back to Robyn. I always end up here and start feeling better. The song isnt happy, but more an authentic look at "shit fkn sucks" and it helps me let out those emotions. I'm also a huge Linkin Park fan, but i dont want to listen to the heavier stuff all the time, and so, this is where I often end up. Zero shame, cos Robyn is fkn sick when it comes to vocals and message. shame she is so under the radar publicly where I live

We are really two. The self and the I. The black boy represents her "self" and Robyn the "I". I think at the end, when they are in the club together as she is looking around she is noticing the the people and noting that they are all in different states of the self @2:04. She finally sees her former lover, and subsquently his "self" (the woman he is seen kissing before?). She realizes he is the same as her, and sees another for who they are and they both respect eachother, which is why they both embrace in the center, for all the others to see. It doesn't mean that they don't love each other and won't miss the time they spent together but it cannot last forever and they can never "have" or "own" or "belong to anyone else" only to the self ultimately as that is all we're left with at the end of the day. They depart, and she looks on while her former lover continues his entanglement with his "self". Also to note at @0:47 the background of the restaurant is just a reflection when her former lover walks in. It is a reflection of her and the little boy. At the end as he's leaving he looks specifically in her direction (the reflection's) and I think that is the point where he starts to see her as her "self". The respect is formed for another human hat was lost before? There is a duality between black and white for a reason. "Good" and "Bad", "right" and "wrong". It is meant to catch the eye for a reason, I think? I dunno, there are a dozen things to say, but I fear this is all gibberish enough as it is. My 20 cents no on asked for.
