I love Robyn. I never understood this song till I broke up out of a 3 year relationship, and I can so relate... I don’t know if it’s the intention of the song, but I’m sensing a lot of despair coming from the way she dances and sings. Like, she - the protagonist of the song - met this guy, they’re seeing each other, but he won’t break up with his girlfriend while still seeing our protagonist and now she asks him to finally take a stand for her. And she tells him over and over and over again. Maybe she’s angry and frustrated and starts dancing off some steam. This is the vibe that I’m getting from this song.
