I was just thinking when you said 'aeorbics' actually i think she dances cos it feels right, she is a 'free' dancer, which would make sense if aerobics teachers do the same kind of moves and stuff. Letting go and finding your own dance and your own movements and stuff always ends up being really good for yuour body fitness cos your body just seems to 'know' what to do to feel good!! dancing is so good. So many songs and videos from the 2000s that tried to be futuristic feel incredibly dated now, but not this masterpiece. This could literally come out today and still feel insanely fresh. It's the minimalism both in the sound and the video that really set it apart from everything else back then and makes it fit with today's standards so much better, it's just so tastefully done.
