Thanks for the feedback but I do not video with my phone ( which I do own a gimbal) and a gimbal for a regular DSLR camera adds a lot of extra weight.

Nice kitchen, plenty of cabinets, spacious yard. Yards and kitchens are important to me. You don’t get any of that in the new homes unless you buy a premier home. No lanai. Deal breaker. Front entrance doesn’t qualify.

I wouldn't dislike the removed wall as much if he'd have put in a two level counter so that the sink, and sink drainboard that will be sitting next to the sun in real life, isn't visible from the living area. The raised bar area that used to be common, blocks the sink mess view.

Nice home but it's too bad they took the wall down. I'm one of the very few apparently who dislikes open concept. I'd rather not sit in my living room and see the kitchen. 😆

Not the current style but there are still many homes in the Northern area that have smaller rooms. Are you in the market to make a purchase?

I am not a fan of one huge, undivided living area either. Enclosed kitchens also help prevent cooking smoke and grease from infiltrating adjacent spaces.

I agree with you. I am not fond of open concept especially in kitchens. I like to decorate. You need walls for that.

Bridgeport model is not open concept and there are a few other models in the villages that have wall also.
