Just use the mask as you would any other cream/spf. Wear during the day, make up on top (you put make up on top of spf) do your cleanse/double cleanse in the evening to remove.

Love this! I’ve never heard of this, I am so hesitant about subscription boxes but it’s great to try new things. Blue light protection mask sounds craaazy! Worth a go! Maybe it’s like sunscreen? The blue light mask is just used as a face cream blue light can cause age spots etc
