What an awesome video as always.... Its always the people you least expect to suffer with things such as depression and anxiety.... I used to suffer really bad a few years ago and I still get days now, but thats the reason I got into photography and making videos.... Editing photos, videos etc, used to help me massively, it was a great distraction from what I was feeling... So my advice to people suffering is to take up a new hobby and really throw yourself into learning about it... Its what I did, and while it wont work for everybody it really helped me so much.... Sending you all the good vibes :) xx

I actually have anxiety melancholia aka melancholic depression and I find it so, so hard to get out of bed in the mornings. But... I have school. The first time I felt like this was 2015 February. When I just found it so absolutely hard to get out of bed, and I actually skipped a few days of school. After my parents found out, they got really angry and at that time I still didn't knew what the problem was. Now, I know it's because of my depression, and this is still going on. Whenever my parents ask me why do I skip school, I really tried. I tried to tell them it's because of my condition now and I really wish for them to bring me to the doctor, but instead they just get angrier and smash things at me, because they think it's excuses, think I'm acting. They think it's because I'm lazy and I'm feeling so, so bad right now. I feel like a bad rebellious kid. I just wish someone could tell me I'm not.

Thank you so much for making this! This was so helpful and I'm sure it will help lots of people! I had some really bad news a few days ago and I'm upset about it but I just try to get on with what I was going to do that day, it was really hard but I just forced myself to do it. But then after a couple of days, the news I had heard was getting worse and it was actually started to stop me doing things. I'm really happy that you made this video now, it's really good timing and I've tried some of your tips and I feel a bit better. Also, even just watching Tyson made me smile! He's so cute and happy! I love it ❤️ also another tip, sometimes I find it helpful to go somewhere you have never been that you want to (that you can actually get to in the day) and I find that because I always wanted to be here it makes me happier and just being somewhere different makes you think less about all the sad things and keeps you distracted.

tasos756 it's time bro, ive dated a girl almost 2 years ago i really liked her and ive been single for over 5 and have yet to meet and connect with another woman, admittedly it makes me feel inferior as a man especially when i compare myself to others, and feel im a well rounded person. I admit its causing me depression, not necessarily being single but not being able to connect with others including my own self. I want to give up soo much in life and drop everything. Im a nurse but i am starting to hate it, i live at home with parents i hate it here, im just really out of focus and have no moral support everyone ive known doesnt talk to me about anything but their own desires and admittedly i stay away sense no one seems to ever build me up or encourage me most just down play my goals and tell me how they can do that too or won't even articulate with me ive always listened and been there for them but unless its something negative they wont talk to me.

Thanks Rochelle X I used to get days like that - real dippers in bed same time every month... then I figured out that eating foods with sugar in raised my insulin even though i am not diabetic at all (insulin also a hormone) and stressed raised my cortisone and adrenalin which had all pushed my Oestrogen out of balance - I had been comfort eating bad foods - I have cut sugar and processed foods from my diet and been clean eating for 2 1/2 years now and literally my health turned around and the blue days stopped :o) also went chemical and plastics free as much as possible - burts bees lipsticks and funky hair soap bars etc - vegetable hair dyes - the difference is like the change from dishwater to clear spring :oD I cant wait for your Mindspo course to start - its SO important to manage the stress that tipped us out of equilibrium in the first place - I am signed up ! you have a Good Heart thanks for sharing x

i feel depressed today. i don't know if i'm actually depressed, but i don't feel good. i'm too scared to tell my parents because i know they'll tell me it's not real and that i'm fine. i have really bad anxiety too. i have a really bad panic attack at least once a week and i told my mom about that but she thinks i just want attention and i want to be like people on the internet. now she wants to take my phone/laptop away, but that's going to make it worse because the internet is sometimes the only thing that helps. if you're going through the same thing as me, i'm sorry. it sucks. it really does. but i want you, yes you, to know that you are an intelligent, kind, caring, beautiful person and you are worth it.
