True. But if you want to get as close to Jake as possible, he's always preferred using Charvel guitars. I had one. Great guitars.

Jake is among my favorites. He could have been just as big as EVH. But he didn't have his own band with great musicians. And the frontman is key. Van Halen wouldn't have been so big if it wasn't for DLR. Diamond Dave was the poster boy of how a lead frontman should look and sing. Yeah, Michael Anthony was no Bob Daisley. But he dovetailed perfect with the band.

hello! I see this is a fernandes Jake style. Which model is this? I have the fernandes ST65 Jake model and it's 21 frets and a different bridge than what your guitar has.
