WOW ! and Yikes ! I like looking at lichen on our rock but 🫨Be safe my friend. Take in that beautiful scene from a hike path… We need to get you your Aptera sooner… Parked in a pristine spot… Taking in that nature through the safety of the windows or from the camping kit! We seniors here on our mountain ranch did a climb, but following wildlife trails to the top and back. Having a half dozen grandsons… I am sure “ This Gramps” will have years of worries ahead. My hair can’t get whiter!

What is going through your mind at times like these? What amount of focus and concentration is required? How has meditation helped you in these instances?

I had your question in mind when I started my next climb outside. I really have to block everything and focus everything on only the next move. Not thinking about falling or finishing the route. Also have to be conscious of my endurance level if I can make the next move or not or make it to the next clip. There are times I've gotten scared at a clip where I thought I couldn't make the rope go in the quick draw in time before my strength ran out.

@@RajGiandeep I always liked the "elvis leg" after pushing too hard...or the PUMPED up forearms...

Making me dizzy watching from an armchair. Be careful so you can continue to be.

I'm very careful climbing, I also stick clip the first clip. So I'm safe as soon as I climb from the ground.
