There is a lively city spirit in there that you cannot feel in the majority of the shopping malls. Not trying to praise the place, but you do not get the feeling of being on a shopping mall when you in there.

They have to like the aesthetic itself so I'm not sure how much of it is to filter out the authentic people or not.
