You're doing a great job! This one is nice, but I have to have a bathtub in my master bath. I prefer to have a soaking tub and a separate shower, but I could live with a combo shower/tub. I know a lot of people like to just take showers, but I'm a bathtub girl!

No gas fireplace for back up heat here in mtns is a no no must have fireplace

It's just ok, but a dealbreaker for me with the primary suite right off the living room. Also the living room is very limited on how to display funiture in there. There are only two walls where a tv could be mounted one being right up against the primary bedroom wall & the other wall is soon as you walk in behind the door. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

We have not owned a TV for four+ years so that's not a thing for me, but you are right. I am actually blown away by how many of these haves have a wall that is completely about nothing but mounting a tv... It's crazy!
