It’s not a workout to get the legs. You dance for years to get the legs. Same goes for being flexible.
@unknownnumber83285 жыл бұрын
True
@llallogen73805 жыл бұрын
@Rahyne Dancer You can certainly get a lot more flexible than your starting point in a week if you begin by barely being able to touch your toes. However, if you are nowhere near the splits, the majority of adults can not gain that in a week without potentially hurting themselves. Major muscle lengthening does not happen super quickly, as it's many cycles of thousands of microtears in the muscle followed by healing. And if you try to overdo it to get flexible more quickly, you don't allow time for that healing process

@@user-52z1 it isn't necessarily racist to have a low number of black dancers. Going up and down stairs you achieve a similar development. I have recommended this exercise for years and have seen the results over and over again. All you have to do is go up and down a flight of five or six steps for 6 to 10 minutes. Three sessions a week are enough. In just three or four sessions, the legs begin to form. In three weeks, the results are spectacular. Guaranteed (and highly recommended for any sport). It is best to alternate going up two steps at a time and one at a time.
