Anvil is set too high IMHO. Approach to the anvil. It should be installed at such a height that you can put on its surface ... hmm ... the thumb of a freely lowered hand (well, or that thing we both thought about ;) ). The gas forge is excellent. And, hoping that you really did it yourself, I want to ask you a few questions: 1 - how heat-resistant was the insulation? 2 - can you make oxidation and reduction flames? I will be very grateful for your answers, as I myself am now preparing to build a small forge. Someone else's experience will be very useful to me. Thank you in advance. Like, subscription.

Bro, I made a bugle according to your system, only round. Everything works... BUT! - did not calculate the engine and gave the bugle such a dense flow of air that it accelerated to 1300-1350 degrees Celsius in 25 seconds, inside everything became just white. I made a direct injection of air without valve adjustment, only with the help of a smooth adjustment of the engine speed - the effect is simply atomic, a piece of scrap heated up in less than 3 minutes

(Hello and Thanks for this very good and informative video mister☺️☺️👍(sorry for my bad english,,i'n from Norway soooo🙈🙈) But this forge and gasburner construction Gets my aprovel👍🤗😁😁the forge is a well toght Out constructionwise, and are superwell made,,and kudos for understanding the importanse of making an oval circulere space inside Forge (the oval/circulere space&form makes the heated propan gasses to heat the whole forge more evenly=more controleble and way more efective... And he made the nessosery effort to weld in reinforsing rebar,so that the concrete dosent so easly break&crak like glass under thoose very high tempratures,and i do an educated guess that this very capeble maker and forgeconstructer,he also very well understand the importance of choosing the corect type of super heat resistent concrete formula,that are highly stable,and has very little expencion when the forge is in use and in the starting seequence the concrete suface inside the forge Gets superheated very very fast,and the wrong type of concrete will expand long before all of the thickness inn the concrete walls Gets equal heated tempratures,most of all concrete standard products will crack,break,and smal bits of the concretesuface Will actually Explode after a couple pf minutters of propanburning/heeating -allmost all concrete products/standard construction types,they will also begin to release some very posiones gasses when they gets realy heated,,(thats why ITS totalt forbidden (in europe) and are no longer aporoved or alloved to use standard types to leveling floor/surfaces,or use this standard concrete products in other seawessal concreteconstruction/deck,s,cargohall on ships and so on,,, so ITS very important to make shure to Get the corectly heat ressistent and stable concrete typeproduct for this kind of Forging constructions/abuse👍👍and the way the Propanburners vertikal retangulere deplacment are very smart,,But the only issue i have is that the holdes thrue the concrete slabb in the forge' seeling,,is that the propanburning holdes,they are not messured and angled pressisly in the most efective way,,,, But this forgemaking video is the best i have seen so far, Kudos to the constructor

No electric shut off valve? But otherwise great job. You used crayons but plastic stays works also WD40 as a release oil they easily pulls out and leaves no wax mess. I made mine 4 years ago but hopefully rebuild with the new super wool for safety reasons. Thanks

The vacuum gives air, you could use other types of blowers as well, or look on iforgeiron.com forums for plans for a naturally aspirated ribbon burner.
