Great video! May we suggest a notice on tests below the recommended 2Ω stereo / 4Ω bridged impedance? We get customers that run their older amplifiers at 1Ω - although designed for 2Ω min - and blow them up because they saw an amp test like this one. Something like: "This test is only for brief moments to check the integrity of the power supply and output devices and is not recommended by Rockford Fosgate. Please follow the owner's manual for proper wiring and lowest recommended impedances." Nice work and thank you again for featuring a Rockford Fosgate amplifier!

Thank you very much! Yes I know that these tests into 1 Ohm per channel aren’t recommended by the manufacturer. There were RF models out there like Punch 50M where this is no problem, I do it just for demonstration. Regarding the old amplifiers from mid 90s : Rockford tested them all dynamically into a 1 Ohm load. There were grafics printed on the bottom of every carton all tests done with the powercube. Some amps do way more power and some don’t. I ran my punch 40ix only 2 ohms mono for 6 years without problems. But I get your point, i am going to add your recommendation into my test-sheets in future 👍 Thank you again and greetings from Germany 👋😊

Almost perfect amp . Just not enough voltage in my opinion..
