Yeah. That's what it sounds like when a child voice actor is told to parrot back the lines he gets from the director in the booth. It's the easiest way to get kids to emote without context, but it ends up sounding kind of exaggerated and theatrical. The reason every kid in the Charlie Brown cartoons talked kind of the same is because it was always Bill Melendez in the booth with them.
