Thank you bummie2(??) for this great request. Lyrics, performance, and Don’s reaction were all wonderful. Hey Don, that light blue hat never gets old.

Nice selection to startb my morning off. The two blend well together. What I found very neat about this is, Reba personally cast Steve Howie and Joanna Garcia (her son-in-law Van and her daughter Cheyenn from her TV show). The song was written by Skip Ewing and Connie Harrington and released in 2007. It peaked at no. 15 on the Billboard country chart. Thanks for the great reaction. Just as an FYI all of Reba's VEVO vids are allowed to be reposted to KZbin

Haven't heard this in years. It's such a beautiful song. The video is great too. And you don't tell the other you feel because then they have ammunition to use on you to hurt further

Country Music (especially 90s Country) tells it like it is and if there’s any emotion that you’re dealing with, this genre will bottle those feelings up and make music that will hopefully help you. My favorite songs from Kenny Chesney are That’s Why I’m Here; The Tin Man; All I Need to Know; Grandpa Told Me So; You Win, I Win, We Lose; There Goes My Life; While He Still Knows Who I Am; Me and You; Who You’d Be Today; Don't Blink, A Chance; Fall in Love; and of course Every Other Weekend (duet with Reba McEntire).

Another great song, super choice! I gotta say Reba is one of the absolute best duet partners ever (IMHO). Thanks Don for the wonderful reaction!

I understand why you did just the audio, but the video Reba put out a couple of years ago, not the official one that she put out when the song came out, will absolutely break your heart. Especially if you watch her tv show. 💔

I love Reba. I love Kenny. I love the song, but I dislike the video. As a long time fan of the Reba TV show, no one wants to think that Van & Cheyenne didn’t make it as a couple, even if they married as teenagers. And, that what the video makes me feel.

This is one of those instances where you really should have done your reaction to the video. Even if it blocked US from seeing it (we can always go back and watch it later if we haven't already seen it). The video stars the teen daughter of Reba from her show, and her boyfriend, then fiance, then (did they get married?). Which makes the video particularly poignant. But then the video takes a twist early in the first verse (I won't say what that is...) and every succeeding verse shows them arriving to the parking lot looking a little older (the magic of make-up) with slightly older kids. First 5-6 year-olds, then 10-12 year-olds, then late-teens...as the parents seemingly age right beside them in the parking lot. ...and the surprise twist unravels at the end. I HIGHLY suggest watching the video...and, as I'm about to become a member (as soon as I free up some $$), this will likely be my first suggestion for a re-reaction/review WITH VIDEO...even if it takes a gift to do it (when I figure out how that works). This isn't the only one where "The video makes the song". But it's the first one that comes to mind (recently) when anybody asks. The song is powerful. But with the video, it just tears you apart.
