It should not be forgotten that Audrey has played EVERY DAY for one to three hours (she has said) for 6 years! That's somewhere between 2,000-6,500 hours! She is on the spectrum of the estimated10,000 hours it takes to master an instrument. Dont expect that you dont have those results, if you dont put in the time!
@ELISHACAEZ4 жыл бұрын
Kibblesn Bits Agreed, You have to really spend alot of time with the instrument and I recommend people stop using rock-smith once they can 100% the hardest songs on it and start learning theory🔥🔥🔥
@Sprouze24 жыл бұрын
@@ELISHACAEZ That's my goal, well not 100% but comfortable on harder songs. I just recently picked up a guitar and gonna buy rocksmith next month, but at some point I'll have to stop using it as a practice game (might still play it cause I'll enjoy it) because it doesn't really teach you proper technique as well as means to make your own music later on right

I had a guitar sitting in a corner for about 8-10 years. I wanted to learn to play guitar at an early age after hearing George Therogoods Bad to the Bone. I took a few classes in a shop yet it never really stuck with me. so I just gave it up. Until I seen that Rock Smith was on sale this past Christmas and decided to pick it up. it really makes me wish I had this type of game growing up. I'll be 26 this year, yet it's never to late to learn how to play the guitar. I'm enjoying every minute of it.

@ChuckstaGaming7 жыл бұрын
I had that when I first fired Rocksmith up, then read somewhere that it may be because the strings are way out of tune, resulting in Rocksmith failing to calibrate. To fix, I had to use an electronic tuner to get the string in tune or close to, then Rocksmith's calibration worked, and has been fine ever since.

people need to learn to respect all these kids who play better than t they do.Audrey keep it up.oh and one more thing for these people putting Audrey down you guys better look up people that have had any lessons on the instrument s they play cause not everyone is as lucky to have had formal instruments they play.look up Kenny Wayne shepherd he me never had formal training on the guitar he learned all by ear over many times playing a tape and rewinding it then note on the guitar fret board piecing songs to with his way of learning guitar .when negative commenters leave comments like this you are really over half of professional musicians who picked up their instrument of choice and never had any sort of formal instrument lessons in their life and now they are word renown on their instrument of choice and their career is all about doing and making records.

Is there any way to uninstall the most recent patch for Rocksmith 2014 on the Ps3? ever since it asked me to re-calibrate my guitar my cable has produced unplayable levels of crackling/hissing even when not plugged into my guitar. Even my new cable has the same issue, I've tried every fix I could find on Reddit/KZbin but the vast majority seem to be for PC users.

@danamrich65557 жыл бұрын
Did you step on it? Did you coil it correctly? Were you rough on it? I've got cables from the first game that still work perfectly. Some things wear out, but some things wear out faster if you leave them plugged in while putting a guitar on a stand, etc. They're not indestructible.

Rocksmith couldn't answer my question. Maybe someone here can. There are TWO Rocksmiths - Rocksmith 2014 Edition with cable, released 10/22/2013 for $ 79.99 and Rocksmith 2014 Edition-REMASTERED with cable, released 10/04/2016 for $ 59.99. What is the difference between the two versions? Why does the older version cost more than the newer remastered version? Which should I buy?
@jaysegarcia2858 жыл бұрын
Mystery47 The remastered version, literally all they did was have everyone who owns RS 2014 download an update which added "remastered" and added new features.
@STBRetired18 жыл бұрын
If the "remastered" version is the old 2014 version PLUS the updates then why does the old 2014 version cost $ 20 MORE than the newer updated (remastered) version? That's what is throwing me.
@jaysegarcia2858 жыл бұрын
Mystery47 I don't know. It's odd. You would think that the Remastered would be more or something.
@STBRetired18 жыл бұрын
That's what I was thinking. It's almost as if the old 2014 edition is a larger program to warrant the extra cost. But, what does that make the "remastered" version? Maybe a few upgrades and a few extra songs put on a skeleton or pared down 2014 program? Those prices come from the Rocksmith website, too, and THEY couldn't explain it to me. With such stupid people running the website it makes me want to find another guitar learning software.

So with rocksmith do you actually learn to play or do you just memorize a few songs without really understanding the music. Just curious would like to learn just wondering if this is a good start
@coffeecarp64827 жыл бұрын
The latter. You just memorize songs. But it's a fun and motivating practice. You'd better complement it with some music theory if you want to go that road. Or even better, get a good guitar teacher.
@Karnak0777 жыл бұрын
Jim26D Rocksmith shows you the bases of the guitar, as the frets, some chords and techniques, it proposes you exercises and missions, and then you practice in songs, of course you wont master the guitar, but is a good funny way to start
@thoughtsthroughsound7 жыл бұрын
there's no theory in the game, but it does literally everything else (techniques, scales, chords and songs). the most important step in mastering an instrument is spending time with it, and this game is incredible for that.
