seared / baked sushi is as close to cooked sushi as you may get there. That location is great for the wallet conscience!

Tamago (sweet egg) and takoyaki are a waste of stomach real estate. So are rolls with spicy salmon, spicy tuna, etc and tempura flakes. The only roll worth ordering is a rainbow roll because it has multiple cuts of sashimi.
