Well first off, dude the plaintiiff is full of it. He played the defendant relationship and financial wise. I can see lie all over his face. Shorty, just didn't know the type of dog he had from the get. He met him in a shelter although their personal situations were different he trusted the plaintiff. So, defendant felt he deserved anything he bought in his name. Now what he should've done was comtinue to pay his bill, after getting his merchandise. He replaced the stuff he'd broken that belonged to him. The plaintiff finessed him, and probably got with someone else that's taking care of him. He will find out in the long run he messed up.
