Diesel Gladiator Buildup - Rear Fenders, Front Inners, Fuel Fill Mod

In this video we take the same method as the “Fender Gutz Delete” and gain valuable clearance at the rear fender flare. The front inner fenders come back from powdercoat and are also installed. We also mod the fuel filler that be so that it can be filled at the “big truck” pumps at truck stops.

It seems like you had a really easy time getting the metal when I work off of the rubber pipe. Mine seems to be stuck even after going out with a pick like you did.
