Rod's song Arizona Morning is a powerful, emotionally- moving Western ballad. Each time I listen to it, bittersweet memories envelope me. My Maternal family has lived in Prescott 5 generations/100 years. My Mother graduated from Prescott High School on June 6th, 1944 which was D-Day in Normandy, France during World War II. Both of my daughters graduated from Prescott High School in the 1990s. Prescott holds a special place in my heart (Hart).
