I remember waking in my Grandparents' condo in Miami Beach, Florida, in 1974, because this song was blasting out of some neighbor's boom box. The sound came sailing through the open screened window, along with the Florida morning breeze. Nope, I wasn't the slightest bit upset. Indeed, it is one of the fondest memories of childhood that I have. What a great song and great performer. This will always be special to me. It reminds me of great days visiting my grandparents, may G_d rest their beautiful souls. Thank you Rod.

You really do deliver Rod. You give the audience what they want to hear, and they keep coming back because they're always satisfied with how hard you work to make these shows. Shows. I can't believe the stage work, the guys You did all that hard work probably took 5 days to put all that stuff up. Also all the cameras, you get to see you. If you don't have great seats you have to do is look at the screens and you get to see Rod Stewart standing there singing Maggie May. For many. It was well worth the money, the time and the effort. I believe everybody left that evening. Very satisfied. Thanks for all you do for your fans ⚽🌿🌹🌹🪷✨

l lost my precious Mother in 1969 when l was 13. I never lost my faith in God fore He gave me the strength to get by. ln 1969 When I heard Sir Rod Stewart sing Maggie May and his special voice, it sparked something inside of me that made me feel alive. l brought my 13 year old daughter to see him in concert which was so magical. He's amazing and still makes people around the world feel great!! Thank you Sir Rod for your love, of your world wide fans. We definitely love you back. You're still the best after all these years. ❤❤

I'm so glad I got to see him twice on his recent visit to Australia. I do wonder what's going on in the background in this clip. At the start, the mandolin player standing behind him looked like she was trying not to cry and the girl to her left also looked concerned. Rod didn't seem very happy either, his ear piece must have been giving him grief. Still, they pulled it together like the professionals that they are and I never get sick of hearing this song.

This was my little girls favorite song while we were stationed at Ft Campbell, Ky in 1970. We would ride in our car and she would rock back and forth. She was 6 mos old. That was my daughter Shannon. She died at the age of 40. Rod you got us through one of the toughest times in our lives. God bless you and your family.
