This balancer is also very good due to the way it balances. Instead of draining the high voltage cells to match the lower voltage cells which lowers the pack voltage with wasted energy, it takes voltage from the high voltage cells and puts it into the lower voltage cells. That way not wasting the energy

This is true, but not ideal. I used it to balance the 13S battery on my electric bike, the end result was that it 'balanced ' all the strings to 3.87v, but they should be at 3.65v. Now, when I fully charge it , it tops off at 65%. Any suggestions? Thanks

@@robotgrass The balancer does not control the charging voltage, it just balances the cells. To get 3.87v per cell, your charger or BMS is not set up correctly or is faulty. Hope that helps
